|Subject to stock availability we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, and delivery will be 1 - 3 working days later to U.K mainland addresses. However, it is preferable to allow 5 working days as there will be times, when the volume of orders will prevent us from achieving that goal (lead up to Christmas for example).
Please report discrepancies, damaged goods or errors within 7 working days.
All deliveries are made during working hours, Monday to Friday.
We will send you an email letting you know when your order has been despatched. However, please let us know in advance if there are any special instructions for delivery - ie. may be left with a neighbour. If you are not at home when they try to deliver, the courier will normally put a card through your door with the details of your local depot so you can contact them to arrange a convenient day for redelivery.They will hold your package in their local depot for 4-5 working days, after which if they haven't heard from you it will automatically be returned to us and a redelivery charge would be payable.
The delivery services we use have proved to be very reliable - the number of 'on time' deliveries has been quoted at over 99%. However please note that these are commercial courier companies and are not under our control, so we cannot guarantee their service.
Important Carriage Surcharges
Scottish Highlands: For orders over £40, between 1.5kg and 15kg there will be a surcharge for carriage of £12.55 for the following Postcodes:
AB 37 & 38, 41-56,
KW 1 - 17
PH 15 - 26, 30 - 44, 49 & 50
FK 19 - 21
KA 27 & 28
Isle of Wight: For orders over £40, between 1.5kg and 10kg there will be a surcharge of £10.05
Northern Ireland: For orders over £40 and over 1.5kg and 10kg there will be a surcharge for carriage of £12.55
Southern Ireland (Dublin 1 - 24) For orders over £40, between 1.5kg and 5kg there will be a surcharge for carriage of £17.55
Southern Ireland (not Dublin) For orders over £40, between 1.5kg and 5kg there will be a surcharge for carriage of £25.05
Channel Islands and Isle of Man: For orders over £40, between 1.5kg and 5kg there will be a surcharge for carriage of £20.05 .

For orders under £40 and over 1.5kg an extra £4.95 will be added to the above rates.
For orders under £40 and under 1.5kg the charge is £4.95, we will leave the automatic charge when you make the order.

Size / Weight limits
Please contact us first for a quote for carriage charges for these size limits:
3m length and girth combined with no single dimension exceeding 1.5m (we tend to focus on the 1.5m length as the defining measurement).
Orders over 20Kg may incurr an aditional delivery cost. We will contact you before dispatch to inform you of this.
Cancellation of Order
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations require us to give you seven working days from the day after the day on which you receive your goods, in which you can change your mind and cancel your order. You must let us know and we will refund your payment. You must return any free gifts or special offers that were bundled with the original order.
If we have already delivered your order, and you are rejecting items that are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own cost. You must also keep the items in good condition, with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell the items. We will refund the cost of the order.
If the goods are found to be faulty or incomplete, we will either (at our discretion) arrange for the goods to be collected, or request you to return them to us in a safe and secure manner and refund any pre-agreed carriage costs.
In any event, before you return an item you MUST contact us in 7 working days and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
We want you be pleased with your purchases, so if there is anything wrong with them please let us know. We will resolve the problem as fast as we can. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your first step if you have a complaint should be to contact us, quoting your name, date the order was placed and the nature of your question or complaint. We will log the complaint, investigate and respond to you within 3 working days. We hope to resolve all complaints quickly and to your satisfaction, but should you remain dissatisfied please contact us again. Details are again on the Contact Us page.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 working days and return it to us within 14 working days for a prompt exchange or refund.
