Derwent Inktense Pencils
These pure, vibrant colour pencils combine the intensity of pen and ink with the versatility of line and wash. Use dry to create strong, vivid tones the apply a light wash to achieve a translucent, ink-like effect. Once dry, the colour will not wash out and can be worked over again with both soluble and non-soluble media.

• Inktense wash out like ink.
• Bright, vibrant shades are not opaque.
• The clarity and transparency of the wash is excellent.
• Very little water is neded to make the colour go a long way.
• Can be used in conjunction with Watercolour pencils.
